This is outside of our apartment, we do know there is a Buddist temple close by, and what we think is an 'office' for probably some Grand Budda is what I am thinking!!
From time to time we see a few people in the parking lot, bowing with each other, while apparently waiting to see some thing GRAND. The other Sunday we had never seen so many people in this parking lot. Of course they were very orderly, and waited in the cold until it was their time. I will find out what this is at some point.
